Check Your Order Status


Check Your Order Status To lookup the status of an order, please enter the order number and the e-mail address with which it was placed.

The order number can be found in your order confirmation email.


Order Steps Description Step 1 of 3: Pending - Your order has been received.

Step 2 of 3: Processing - Your payment has been accepted and your order is being prepared for shipment.

Step 3 of 3: Shipped - Your order has been shipped.

*Money order and Paypal e-checks*: Awaiting Payment - After we receive your payment we will update your order to Processing.
Track Your Order With USPS You can get your order's USPS tracking number from the Status History & Comments section when you fill out the form above. Once you have copied your number click on the link below to take you to the USPS tracking page. You can then enter your number and track your package.
