3. Do you accept personal checks?
We do not accept personal checks. Any checks sent to us will be shredded. The best thing you can do in this situation is to purchase a money order. They are available at most grocery stores, banks, gas stations, and the post office.
4. Why is my credit card producing an error when I'm trying to checkout?
Some credit cards require that you ship to the same address as your billing address. This is done to help guard you against unauthorized charges. If you changed addresses recently make sure to call your credit card company and have them add your new address to the card. If you keep getting errors when using a credit card please contact customer service with the error and we will help you out.

6. How/where do I redeem a coupon?
You will need to enter the code during step 3 (Payment) of the checkout process. Your coupon will be applied to the total and reflected in your cart after you click continue to step 4 (Order Review.)
