Return Policy


All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. After we receive your return request we will email your RMA # to you.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order ships out
  • Refunds will be given of the purchase price of the items (shipping/handling fees not refunded)
  • For exchanges on clothing the item must be in the same condition you received it (not washed or worn)
  • You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us, and back to you if exchanging an item (unless defective)
We do not accept returns or exchanges on patches, pins, stickers, or any items on clearance. All clearance purchases are final. Please include your original invoice for faster processing.

Defective products / Wrong Product Sent
  • The rare occurence that one of our products is defective contact us and we'll either replace the product or refund you.
  • If we decide to have you return the defective item we'll pay the shipping costs both ways.
  • If we ship you the wrong product we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.
It's very rare but mistakes can happen when shipping an order. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will correct any mistakes we make.

I want to return an item
  • When returning your product we strongly reccomend getting some form of tracking on the package (such as delivery confirmation.) We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit coming back to us.
  • When returning your item please put your RMA # on the package or envelope (usually near your shipping address is a good spot)
