Shipping Questions


1. How can I check the shipping cost before checkout?
To use our estimate shipping option first view your shopping cart (View Cart in the top right hand corner.) Simply click on the "Estimate Shipping" button and a javascript window will open up. Enter your shipping address and you'll be shown the different shipping options along with the exact shipping price.

2. Is there a tracking number for my order?
If your order is shipping inside the USA then your order will have a tracking # after it ships. When you are notified of your order shipping you will be given your delivery confirmation # that can be checked at the USPS website.

3. When will my order be shipped out?
As long as your products are in stock you order will typically ship within a few business days.

Please keep in mind that even when choosing a faster shipping method, it may take a few days before your order is processed and shipped.  If you want your order to arrive faster it's still better to choose a faster shipping method.


4. Which method of shipping do you use?
We currently offer USPS shipping (United States Postal Service.) You have the option to choose how fast you want your packages shipped depending on how much you wish to spend.  At this time we only offer USPS (no UPS or FedEx.)

5. How long will my order take to reach me once they ship?
We're based out of NY in the USA so depending on which shipping option you choose the time will vary. The closer you are to NY the faster your order will arrive.

Inside the USA:
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 days
  • First Class Mail: 2-5 days
  • Parcel Post: 2-9 days
Outside the USA
  • International First Class (time varies)
  • International Priority Mail (time varies)
6. How much is shipping?
During checkout you are given the option to choose the method of shipment. Using your shipping address and weight of your order we get the rates from the USPS for an accurate shipping rate. That way you are not over charged on shipping/handling.

7. I gave you the wrong address and my order shipped! What should I do?
Unfortunately if you provided us with the wrong shipping address you'll be required to pay for us to ship it back to you. Please make sure you use the correct address when checking out to avoid this.

8. Can you mark my package as “gift” for customs?
While we are happy to do things to save our customers money, we can't mark purchased items as "gift". Customs sees this as international mail fraud and there are penalties to businesses that do this.
